IcelandxReader - Horror Movies- Request

You sat down, waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Tonight was movie night, so you decided to call the Nordics. Mathias said he'd bring the movies, Tino would bring the popcorn, and Sweden would bring the sleeping bags. The only ones you needed were Lukas and Emil.

"Hello. This is Lukas speaking" your face brightened when you heard his voice on the other line.

"Hey! Do you want to come to movie night? All of the Nordics are coming, so you and Emil have to come! It's going to be awesome!" you asked quickly, sitting up.

"…Sure, I guess. Let me ask Emil. Wait one minute" you heard a door open and talking, but you couldn't hear because they talked quietly.

"Yeah" Lukas said as he got back on the phone. "Emil's going to come too. Bye" and with that, Lukas hung up the phone.

You smiled and put the phone down so you could begin to clean your house.

Ding dong~

You ran down the halls of your house and slid over to the door, opening it with a smile. You saw all five of the Nordics standing at you doorstep, huddled together and waving, all but Lukas who was standing away from the group, arms crossed.

"Welcome, my fellow Nordics! Please come in!" you smiled, stepping aside, letting the five come in.

They immediately made themselves at home. Mathias plopped down one the couch, passing the movies he brought to Tino, Berwald put the sleeping bags down and rested in a recliner, Emil sat down on a rocking chair, putting his feet up on the side table, and Lukas sat down on the arm of the couch.

"So, what movies did you get?" you asked.

Tino walked up and handed them to you. When you saw what they were, you froze.

"Um, M-Mat, you k-know I'm n-not a big f-fan of horror movies" you shakily smiled, looking at the Dane, who shrugged.

"Well, I'm not going to get others, so we're watching these" he told you.

"Okay. I guess it won't be too bad. It's just a movie" you reassured yourself as you walked over to put the first movie in.

"Kyaa! I can't watch!" you yelled, covering your face with your hands.

Emil noticed this, and wrapped an arm around you, causing you to blush some. You took this to an advantage. You hugged the Icelandic man and nuzzled your cheeks, making him blush.

You were about to continue, but a sudden scream from the movie startled you, causing you to bury your face in Emil's chest.

Emil looked at you and rubbed your back, easing your nervousness.

You lifted your head up to see a normal screen, so you went back to what you were doing.

"Emil?" you poked his cheek.

He turned his head, silently asking you what you wanted.

"How much longer is the movie?" you asked, snuggling into him and leaning your head on his shoulder.

"Not sure. You don't have to watch if you don't want to…" he told you.

"Sure. I'm going to get some sleep, then!" you closed your eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.

Soon after, Emil grew tired and ended up falling asleep. A few minutes after, the rest of the Nordics noticed you two asleep, so they took their sleeping bags and went to different rooms so you and he could be alone.

It was about the middle of the night, when you woke up with a fright. You had the freakiest nightmare.
You poked Emil, trying to wake him up. His eye opened groggily, loking at you.

"I had a nightmare…" you told him in a small voice.

He rested himself against the arm of the couch, grabbing you with him.

"What was it about?"

"Well, there was a freaky monster who… killed you…" you trailed.

He hugged you, kissing the top of your head.

"Don't worry. I'm going to be with you for a while, so don't you forget it" he reassured you, resting a hand on your back.

"Really? Is it because you are a good friend?" you asked.

"Not exactly. I-I love you, ________. That's why. I want to be with you forever" he mumbled against your hair.

"Love you too…" you closed your eyes and drifted off to sleep, Emil short behind.

From that night on, all of your dreams were filled with happiness.
